Change Characteristics of Heavy Oil Composition and Rock Properties after Steam Flooding in Heavy Oil Reservoirs

The thermal recovery method of steam flooding is one the most common development methods for heavy oil reservoirs. However, after multiple rounds injection development, composition crude and reservoir rock properties have changed greatly, which unfavorable subsequent enhanced recovery. It necessary to study distribution remaining reservoirs, clarify change characteristics components under different conditions. At same time, porosity permeability rocks flooding, its influence on recovery, are investigated. In this paper, changes before studied through experiments numerical simulation methods. A model established retention in reservoirs by CMG software. effects conditions, with residual components, compared studied. physical clarified. results show that (resin asphaltenes) recovered decrease, formation increase varying degrees. With oil, increases increases; stronger cementation strength, higher degree reserve it difficult form breakthrough channels; greater intensity, earlier see production well, lower research reveals providing support
